Call for Expressions of Interest – Industry Showcase

GDI2025 has received over 200 peer-reviewed, camera-ready papers from leading researchers worldwide. Alongside the academic programme, we are opening a highly selective Industry Showcase stream. We invite Expressions of Interest from a maximum of five industry leaders who wish to:

  • Showcase cutting-edge products, technologies, and solutions to an international audience of academics, practitioners, and policymakers.

  • Position themselves at the centre of global conversations about sustainable, digital, and intelligent built environments.

  • Build new partnerships with universities, government, and industry leaders.

  • Align their brand with one of the most forward-looking gatherings in the built environment sector.

What You Receive

  • Exclusive opportunity to present your product or innovation to an audience of global delegates.

  • Recognition as one of only five selected Industry Showcase Leaders across all conference communications.

Submission & Fee

  • Expressions of Interest should outline your organisation, the proposed innovation/product to be showcased, and its relevance to the Green + Digital + Intelligent theme.

  • Selected industry partners will be asked to contribute a NZD $10,000 participation fee, which secures your position as one of the five showcase leaders and covers full promotional integration into GDI2025.
