All accepted papers for GDI2025, will be published in the proceedings and indexed by SCOPUS.

Top-ranked papers will be considered for inclusion as book chapters, while additional high-quality papers will be invited for inclusion in several special issues of leading academic journals.

Disclaimer: It is planned to publish the peer-reviewed and selected papers of the conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering” series (https://link.springer.com/series/15087). Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.

Industry contributions to GDI2025 will begin with a max 500-word abstract outlining the proposed topic. Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference programme and authors will be invited for the respective presentations during the event.

We welcome a diverse range of industry-led content—spanning project case studies, strategic initiatives, and thought leadership—provided they align with the core themes of GDI2025.

  • Relevance: Ensure your abstract aligns with the conference themes.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Language: Must be written in clear, professional English.

  • Use the format given on Submission — GDI 2025

  • Submit an anonymous article.

  • Submit two versions: a PDF and a Word file

  • File names should be your abstract ID, followed by a short title. For example, “GDI2025 ID 100 Smart city”

  • Academic Papers Page limit: 10 Pages including references.

  • Figures should be of high resolution and clear.
